⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Perfect in Every Way! “Stop searching—this is the place you’ll fall in love with and never want to leave!” Stunning 5-story luxury condo with private elevator, breathtaking beach & bay views, yachts gliding by, skyline sunsets, and planes taking off (no noise!). Beach is right across the street, amazing restaurants a minute away. Spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked—even the kitchen cupboards! Private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is pure magic. Safe, quiet, and perfect for all ages—my 4-year-old calls it “her Florida house.” And then there’s Brian, the ultimate super host. He is responsive, patient, incredibly helpful, and truly cares about his guests. It’s rare to find a host this genuine and attentive. We’ve stayed 2 years in a row; after staying here, you won’t want to stay anywhere else in the area. This place has it all safety, luxury, views, location, comfort, and a warm welcome. The home and land was beautiful! I stayed with 11 family members and our immediate reaction was wow, the photos don’t do it justice. I was even able to host my rehearsal dinner and wedding here! It was nothing short of magical. I can’t say enough good things about the GQ Team. I could not have done this without them. Best hosts I’ve come across on Airbnb, easily. Incredibly flexible, clear, and responsive to anything you might need. You will not regret booking with them!

Can’t say enough!!! Beautiful 🤩 This place is Immaculate! We had an amazing time :) the beach is walking distance with chairs provided with a wagon to bring everything you need! Balconies in every room , giving beautiful views to both sides of the condo! And the rooftop with jacuzzi was great!! Quick communication and super clean! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The pool was a huge hit—especially the waterslides, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Between paddle boarding, kayaking on the lake, and all the other outdoor activities, there was never a dull moment. One of our favorite features was the private movie theater—such a fun way to wind down after a day of play. The hosts were outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. When the pump for the waterline stopped working, they had someone out immediately to take care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a family getaway. Comfortable, fun, and thoughtfully equipped. We’re already talking about coming back!

Fancy place! Felt wrapped in luxury in every room. We had way more than enough space and loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and left clear instructions for everything. Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

This was a very solid home with all essentials needed to comfortably enjoy the home. Neighborhood is very quiet. Property is very spacious and very clean. Siona met us for check in provided a thorough walk through. Very sweet woman. Will definitely book again.

The location is great! It’s a quiet neighbourhood. I loved being in the heart of Aventura where I could go walking/running. And so close to the mall, Target, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable and I felt right at home. We will stay here again when our travels take us back to Miami. Thank you, Brian and Jess.

Place is great very function for families. we were three adults four kids awesome time. while your in the kitchen or living you can always see them outside by the pool dock etc also a lot of stuff in the area block down to commercial blvd go east the beach food tiki bars etc 15 min drive !!!

This place truly matched not just the online photos and description, but it exceeded our expectations in terms of beauty and peacefulness. The backyard is truly an oasis! We met the neighbor and his family next door. They were extremely nice and helpful. We had a blast fishing off the dock. We didn’t land a cool tarpon, mostly catfish, but the ability to wake up and fish and then fish til bedtime was an A++ with my boys (ages 15 and 12 years old). The pool was always warm (maybe even too warm for the hot weather we had that week) but I’m not complaining! I’d rather a warm relaxing swim than an icy one! If I had to make any recommendations, it would be to have fuel for the grill handy, it was empty, but that is so minor! And it gave us the opportunity to go out and eat at the delicious local restaurants! The property is in a subdivision of sorts, but at no time did it feel loud or “peoply”. It was very private and yet so close to everything we needed. It was a great time!!
