Additionally, all guests above 18 years old are required to fill out a mandatory check-in form at least 24 hours before the check-in date. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Let's make your stay both memorable and safe! -No smoking of any kind allowed indoors. -No excessively loud music allowed outdoors, please be mindful of neighbors. -Do not hangout or linger in the street/front of the house where chaos may disturb neighbors, we have a massive yard and pool with privacy for your convenience. -Do not leave children unattended, specially in backyard by pool. The pool is not fenced in. -If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the in the house for the extra night. Any costs in incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you. -A lost or damaged key or electric key code will be charged to the guest at a cost of $150 -No blocking sidewalks or parking in front of other houses or on grass due to city ordinance -No parties unless you have spoken to hosts and received permission. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $1000. -No confetti in the house!
