📲To ensure a secure environment for all, we kindly request all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process. Rest assured, as part of this process, there will be a temporary hold for any potential damages. This hold is fully refundable and will be released just 2 days after checkout, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, all guests above 18 years old are required to fill out a mandatory check-in form at least 24 hours before the check-in date. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Let's make your stay both memorable and safe! -No smoking of any kind allowed indoors. -No excessively loud music allowed outdoors, please be mindful of neighbors. -Do not hangout or linger in the street/front of the house where chaos may disturb neighbors, we have a massive yard and pool with privacy for your convenience. -Do not leave children unattended, specially in backyard by pool. The pool is not fenced in. -If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the in the house for the extra night. Any costs in incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you. -A lost or damaged key or electric key code will be charged to the guest at a cost of $150 -No blocking sidewalks or parking in front of other houses or on grass due to city ordinance -No parties unless you have spoken to hosts and received permission. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $1000. -No confetti in the house!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The location and amenities were great, especially the pool. It was just a short Uber ride to restaurants and bars. The beach was not too far of a drive either. The house was comfortable for 16 people, but that did mean some people had to sleep on the couch unfortunately. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Brian and Jess were great host. They were able to accept my reservation same day due to another host cancelling. Very detailed in the message thread about the ins and outs of the property. Pool was awesome.

I recently booked this house for my cousins who were in town from overseas and it was wonderful. It had enough space for 11 total people to sleep and hang out in. There was also a huge backyard with fun lawn games and an expansive pool that got a lot of use out of my family. They were very satisfied with the house, and I was very satisfied with the level of communication with Brian and Jess. They answered any and every question I had in a timely manner and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.
