📲All guests above 18 years old, are required to fill out a mandatory check-in form at least 24 hours before the check-in date. -By booking you are agreeing to use property for overnight lodging purposes ONLY. Any intention to use the property for other purposes must be approved by the hosts. This includes but is not limited to film productions or productions of any kind, parties such as birthdays, weddings, etc, pop up shops, photography sessions, and any other large gathering including visiting guests that are not part of the overnight lodging group. -Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted unless previously organized with the hosts. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $1000. -No smoking inside the house. -Max 1 cars total parked in driveway. If you plan to have more cars you MUST advise host as parking arrangements need to be made and fees may apply. -If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the in the house for the extra night. Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you. -Noise must be kept low after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Fridays and Saturdays. Please be respectful of neighbors in regards to noise and guest behavior. IMPORTANT: To ensure a secure environment for all, we kindly request all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process. Rest assured, as part of this process, there will be a temporary hold for any potential damages. This hold is fully refundable and will be released just 2 days after checkout, ensuring your peace of mind.
