We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The pool was a huge hit—especially the waterslides, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Between paddle boarding, kayaking on the lake, and all the other outdoor activities, there was never a dull moment. One of our favorite features was the private movie theater—such a fun way to wind down after a day of play. The hosts were outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. When the pump for the waterline stopped working, they had someone out immediately to take care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a family getaway. Comfortable, fun, and thoughtfully equipped. We’re already talking about coming back!

We had an incredible stay here for our guys’ trip — honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The property had everything we needed and more, to the point that we never even felt the need to leave. The grounds were amazing: volleyball, basketball, soccer, golf, a pool — it was like having our own private resort. Everything was well-maintained, and there was always something to do. The groundskeeper was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. If you’re planning a group trip and want a place where you can truly relax and have fun without going anywhere else, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back!

Brian and Jess’s place was amazing! They had everything you could dream of and more!! We had a couple of questions and they always fast to respond and with good instructions that were easy to follow. This is a great place for a big group to stay, we would highly recommend!

The place is a gem. Unbelievable 20acre property with so many resort amenities in the heart of a city full of great stores and restaurants within minutes. It felt like a great secluded escape but with the convenience of Publix around the corner. I wish we would have spent more time to enjoy every inch of the property. Very comfortable space for our family reunion, the lake was a blast to play on, movie theater was spectacular, the pool and slide made us feel like we were at a resort, so much pickleball was played, family beach volleyball was a blast, and Tom (the groundskeeper) was amazing and welcoming.

This place was rented for a girl’s trip and it did not disappoint. We had plenty to do around the property from tennis, pickle ball, soccer, paddle board, beach volleyball and just lounging around the pool. We also enjoyed dance parties and movie viewings in the theater room. Brian and Jess checked in on us often and responded immediately to answer any questions we had. I have already recommended this place to several family and friends.
