Let's make your stay both memorable and safe! - By booking you are agreeing to use property for overnight lodging purposes ONLY. - Any intention to use the property for other purposes must be approved by the hosts. This includes but is not limited to film productions or productions of any kind, parties such as birthdays, weddings, etc, pop up shops, photography sessions, and any other large gathering including visiting guests that are not part of the overnight lodging group. - Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted unless previously organized with the hosts, $1000 penalty for parties. - No smoking inside the house. - No parking on the sidewalk or in front of any other properties or driveways. - Noise must be kept low after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Fridays and Saturdays. -Please be respectful of neighbors in regards to noise and guest behavior. -No confetti in the house!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Perfect in Every Way! “Stop searching—this is the place you’ll fall in love with and never want to leave!” Stunning 5-story luxury condo with private elevator, breathtaking beach & bay views, yachts gliding by, skyline sunsets, and planes taking off (no noise!). Beach is right across the street, amazing restaurants a minute away. Spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked—even the kitchen cupboards! Private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is pure magic. Safe, quiet, and perfect for all ages—my 4-year-old calls it “her Florida house.” And then there’s Brian, the ultimate super host. He is responsive, patient, incredibly helpful, and truly cares about his guests. It’s rare to find a host this genuine and attentive. Can’t say enough!!! Beautiful 🤩 This place is Immaculate! We had an amazing time :) the beach is walking distance with chairs provided with a wagon to bring everything you need! Balconies in every room , giving beautiful views to both sides of the condo! And the rooftop with jacuzzi was great!! Quick communication and super clean! Would definitely stay here again! Fancy place! Felt wrapped in luxury in every room. We had way more than enough space and loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and left clear instructions for everything. Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

The true definition of luxury! I have stayed at so many places because I travel a lot but this is by far the best! The pictures don’t even do this place justice .. I mean it’s beautiful. The breathtakingly outside views from the balcony 🙌… loved everything. The host is very responsive and also has a guide on how to operate a lot of the stuff which was truly helpful. Me and my sisters came for a birthday getaway and we loved everything. I wouldn’t even think twice to book this place again.

The condo was everything in the photos. Response to questions were immediately. Very spacious for a couples trip of 6 adults celebrating birthday and anniversaries. The only negative was not being able to access the grill that was shown in the advertised photos. Otherwise the condo and location was spectacular

Beautiful home with great views of ocean and intercoastal and such an easy walk to a beautiful beach that wasn't crowded like Miami Beach! House felt new, with great amenities and plenty of space for my family with younger kids. Hosts were very proactive in their communication and promptly helped whenever we had a question. Would love to stay here again or visit one of their other properties in the future!

We had a great time! Wonderful location with an easy morning walk to the beach and then evening cocktails on the rooftop overlooking the inter-coastal! Walkable to restaurants and live music. Brian & Jess’ team was very responsive when we needed support. Highly recommend.

We had a great visit - felt right at home in this clean, spacious, well-stocked and comfortable home. The location was great - right by the beach for wandering and close to many areas for dining, shopping, sightseeing. Communication was fantastic. Would stay here again!
