House Rules
📲All guests above 18 years old, are required to fill out a mandatory check-in form at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
-No smoking of any kind allowed indoors.
-No excessively loud music allowed outdoors, please be mindful of neighbors. -Do not hangout or linger in the street/front of the house where chaos may disturb neighbors, we have a massive yard and pool with privacy for your convenience.
-Do not leave children unattended, specially in backyard by pool. The pool is not fenced in.
-If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the in the house for the extra night. Any costs in incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
-A lost or damaged key or electric key code will be charged to the guest at a cost of $150
-No blocking sidewalks or parking in front of other houses or on grass due to city ordinance
-No parties unless you have spoken to hosts and received permission. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $1000.
-No confetti in the house!

To ensure a secure environment for all, we kindly request all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process. Rest assured, as part of this process, there will be a temporary hold for any potential damages. This hold is fully refundable and will be released just 2 days after checkout, ensuring your peace of mind.

This place truly matched not just the online photos and description, but it exceeded our expectations in terms of beauty and peacefulness. The backyard is truly an oasis! We met the neighbor and his family next door. They were extremely nice and helpful. We had a blast fishing off the dock. We didn’t land a cool tarpon, mostly catfish, but the ability to wake up and fish and then fish til bedtime was an A++ with my boys (ages 15 and 12 years old). The pool was always warm (maybe even too warm for the hot weather we had that week) but I’m not complaining! I’d rather a warm relaxing swim than an icy one! If I had to make any recommendations, it would be to have fuel for the grill handy, it was empty, but that is so minor! And it gave us the opportunity to go out and eat at the delicious local restaurants! The property is in a subdivision of sorts, but at no time did it feel loud or “peoply”. It was very private and yet so close to everything we needed. It was a great time!!

Very cool place and we caught a tarpon on the first night there and saw several more! Nice clean home and everything you could possibly need! Manager answered any questions we had quickly and great people! Hope to come again! Loved the hot tub also!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood yet short drive to the beach and many great restaurants. Spent most all our time in the beautiful, serene backyard enjoying the pool, sitting by the canal, relaxing in the comfy chairs or dining and playing games under the tiki hut. Home was very clean, well equipped and beds were comfy. Hosts were very proactive with instructions and answering any questions. Made our first trip with our 7 month old grandson a very memorable and pleasant one and would love to come back again!

This is only our 2nd time staying in someone’s home away from home & it did NOT disappoint! Brian & Jess were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had & the house itself was PERFECT for our family! Our only regret was not being able to stay there our entire trip, as we had already booked another place for the remainder of the week😞
Some highlights of our stay was the BEAUTIFUL backyard, complete with tiki hut, pool, tv, fire pit & lounge area! My husband & son LOVED fishing off the dock & caught several fish at night! I appreciated the extra fans in all the bedrooms to keep comfortable, as well as all the other ‘extras’ including beach towels, toys, kitchen supplies, etc. We truly had EVERYTHING we needed!!
The only suggestion I would make, is instead of having baby equipment to rent, (which we chose not to do in order to save $$) is perhaps fill one of the closets with a travel pack & play & high chair😉👍

Their property was perfect for us. B & J were highly responsive and accommodating. We will recommend this property to friends who will be visiting in the future. The only challenge was the very large vehicle which was parked in the driveway making visits by local friends we were visiting a bit more challenging. We didn't comment on this during our stay, but it really should be included in the description. The pool, spa and outdoor areas were terrific, matching the clean and sanitary interior of the property. I believe the challenges with the internet service were resolved while we were in residence. This was a totally enjoyable and comfortable environment and we hope to visit again and again. Thank you Brian and Jess!.. Dennis, Donald, & Sharon!
